receiving unsolicited calls on my cell phone

I have been receiving a large volume of phone calls that are all generated from within a group of numbers in the range of 608-890-4200 to 608-890-4400. The last straw was a call from them while I was driving on the highway. I was told that they are a University of Wisconsin Health Research call survey. I asked them to delete my number from their call list. This is another example of U.W. Madison wasteful spending. What a pain in the ass these thoughtless liberals are.
