I just moved to Atlanta. I went to nearest LA fitness to check out the gym. The sales guy was so aggressive that If i dont take the membership on that day itself why did I even come. My purpose of the visit was to check out the gym and get some info. But this guy was rude. Can I get some people I can call and complaint about. I really want to join this gym but that guy has shut down all the doors for me.     Aggressive sales people are usually a sign that they are trying to deceive you about something, trying to force you to make a decision before you find out some reason not to.

    Health club contracts are often sold deceptively, using high pressure sales tactics.

    That is a good reason to take your business elsewhere, since it won't likely be better once you have signed some contract.
