I have bought a new brand Samsung E250 from Subhiksha Store, Patparganj, Delhi,110092. They told me that a new connection is also free with the handset but there is activation charges of 195. I paid them and i gave them complete documents of ID and Residence Proof. The phone started working but in the next morning it was out of service.

When i confirmed from vodafone customer care then they told that they haven't got any documents from the vendor. Then i contacted with the same employee of Subhiksha Store and told the story then he told me that it will start working in 2 hrs. But no changes happend with the connection.

When again i contacted him, he told that you have to give documents again. I gave him. Phone started working. It worked properly for 2 days and suddenly it started the ivrs message to all callers that the phone is out of service and all the inbound and outbound calls being barred.

Now it's enough. I am about to loose around 450 rs. which really matters for me. Can somebody tell me that where i had to file the complaint against him? By the way i know the consumer court's address but i don't have enough time to spend for it.

Need Help from all of you.
