Horrible Business

I bought furniture from the Ashley's store in Lubbock, Texas. This company has been by far the worst that I have ever done business with. They have never once called me back like they say they would so I have to call several times a day, which I receive a different answer every time I call. I have been told multiple different dates for when my furniture will be delivered, and they haven't followed through on any of them. I never have received a call about getting a delivery I always have to call and find out. The people that work in the store and answer the phones are extremely rude, inattentive, and most definitely under-qualified. Neither me, my family, or anyone else I know will ever do business with Ashley's again. Buying from them is just a guarantee for months of frustration, lies, and unbelievably horrible customer service.
