Horrible pressure washer!!!!!

I purchased a husky 2800 psi pressure washer and almost immediately, the carberator leaked like a sieve! I immediately put an inline fuel shutoff on it. I've only used it maybe 8 times! It won't even start without about 80 pulls!!!!!! I really need it and can't get it too start!!!! I am just so damn frustrated with it!!!! I heard there is a recall. Can anyone confirm?
