April 30, 2011,Instaflex offered a 15 day trial supply of joint product for $4.99.  Without my knowledge or approval, they charged my credit card, May 18, 2011 for a 30 day supply, in the amount of $74.98.  They offer a full refund guarantee if the product does not improve joint problems.  The product did not improve joint relief as they claimed.  June 27, 2011, I called Instaflex and requested my full refund (guarantee) and cancelled any further orders of this product.

    Instaflex Scammed
Instaflex offered a 15 day trial sample for $4.99 on the internet.  Their product is guaranteed or full refund.  Without my consent, they charged a 30 day supply to my credit card for $74.98.  The product is ineffective and I have requested a full refund. :(

This is a common scam among overhyped "health products".  Get your account number through some "free trial" offer, then use it to cram on automatic charges, claiming you "authorized" them.  The "automatic shipment" terms are often hidden or obscured, and even if you attempt to cancel, you will often find various barriers put in your way, such as unanswered phones, long waits, or "lost" cancellations.

Dispute unauthorized charges through your bank or credit card company, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

The same scam happened to me. I have NEVER been caught in such a fraud, but just noticed a 74.98 unauthorized charge on my VISA card.after ordering a FREE "trial" supply (for which I was also charged $4.99..  I contacted the credit card company immediately, and they advised me to reject the charges in writing by e-mail within 30 days of the trial order.  Since I caught this charge just in time, I am about to follow their advice.  I was told, it the company does not refund the charge, VISA will deal with it themselves.

This seems to be an extremely widespread scam and should be stopped!

OMG   how true this is!!!!!   I have just noticed the same charge on my Visa  $74.98 charge which I had not authorized as well.   Was only trying the "FREE" so called trial offer for $4.99.  As far as I kno...w there was no notice of me paying any other fees until I ordered more.  So Eva and to the rest of you all.....I will be doing the same thing....Gonna check out the Better Business Bureau as well....It sucks that people like you would take advantage of others who are in pain and looking for relief......Shame on you.....eventually you will get yours in the end you scammers!!!!!And to be honest those freaking pills did not work for me!!
Oh btw does anyone know the Instaflex company number??????
