There are way to many complaints for this company to continue charging all of these customers. How can this be resolved, stopped, something needs to be done immediately.

This is a common fraudulent charge cramming "health product" scam.

There is no way beyond shutting down access to your money to stop them from continuing to take it.

File fraud disputes with your bank, and have them block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

GRC is Proactiv, they didn't give it to anyone else.  GRC stands for Guthy Renker Corporation which owns Proactiv.

Then they are running it all by themselves.

Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraud.

E or FCBA.

FTC recently shut down a similar group of scams run by Jesse Willms.

My wife ordered proactive and received these vitamins as a "free" gift. When we received our second order she called proactive to cancel. The third order just showed. The proactive company is a different company. The cancellation did not cancel these vitamins. I called the number on the box to complain and was told that since I am now cancelling I will owe two more payments of approx 35.00.  I strenuously objected and said I did not want the vitamins and did not want to pay for what I do not wish to recieve. The customer rep said that my wife agreed when she ordered the proactive. I asked to speak to someone that could help me get these charges stopped. Then she told me I could return within 60 days for a refund with a full refund less shipping. She said to ship back to the address on the label and make sure I get a shipping receipt. When I asked her why she did not start by saying this she said I did not give her the chance. I have lived half a century and have ordered numerous products on line and I know when I am getting the shaft.  Be careful with these people. I am returning the product today. I will see what happens.

it never fails.  proactiv loves to lure you in with their online product ordering.  then once you order online, it never bothers to inform the consumer that there will be an 'AUTOMATIC REPLENISH' order coming in a few months.  unsuspecting customers have to deal with the surprise while their accounts are charged $33+.  then the hassle of returning merchandise and waiting for a refund.  this has happened to me twice. the second time i made sure there is no automatic replenish on my order (which i read carefully before confirming the order).  im not saying the product does not work, but i hate it when these people try to trick you into ordering more than you need. theyre hoping you will just say 'oh well' and just keep the product and not ask for a refund.

I ordered for your product (complete proactive set) at $43.94 when I came visiting in the US in September this year. Money was withdrawn from my account (see attached slips in September and I got delivery of the products before I left the US in September. However there have been 2 subsequent withdrawals of the same amount from my account. I just hot another debit this November. What is happening? Do you finance team take people's money at will ? Can you please block these leakages and let me have my refund for the other two unauthorized payments.
