my complain is on 6th December 2013 at 2.56 pm i send money to Ruben kurgat it went tough immidiedly then at 3.25 pm i sent some cash to Salina kipkemei it went through to the message in my cell phone then it took almost 6 hrs for Salina to get the message and cash the money, and there was no dellay afther calling customer care for two times to clear the message why took such hrs ? for sure Salina lost alot of time an yet her cellphone was not having any problem due to the person who was at customer care at 8.30 pm.am very dissapointed of such dellay and may know what was the proplem.
