This caller was attempting to scam me by saying there was a court case against me and that I could settle it out of court for a settlement before I could appear. The number was 888-310-3585.

    Scam. # was 888 310-3585. I could settle out of court or I would be served papers for over $3000.

    I received a call today from 888-310-3585 and from 405-257-0012 concerning a court case a being served at work. I didn't now if what to think, then I checked the number online and I see it was a scam.

    I received a call this morning, stating I was going to receive paperwork in the mail for a court case, wants me to call and settle out of court. This is a SCAM!!!  My question is how do these ugly people get our numbers when we are on the no call list? plz do your homework search and do not fall for this crap, you would be served by a officer if it was something that is true!
