My husband and I bought a house back in what i think was 2002 the year before my dad died. Any way we were paying our mortgage through countrywide. Now through Bank of America. Now all of a sudden they tell us out house is in foreclosure for over 18 months. And they don't don't know where our money went. My Husband was in touch with this guy name Brett who claim he was trying to help us. He gathered all of our information and my husband disability information. Then every week he kept calling us saying he did not get our information. Then we got certifiied papers from back of America that they could no longer help us because they did not get the information needed to help. So tell me what happened to the last 19 months of our payments of $520 that we paid.
