Consumer's Original Complaint :
High Pressure sales with promises of usage whenever needed. Detained for over 4 hours away from children.
We visited the Bluegreen Fountains Resort in Orlando FL in Oct 2013
with some friends and was scheduled to an ownership presentation.  We
were enticed by the promises of usage of resorts of our choice.  When
we declined they continued to pressure and brought more sales people
over and kept us there for over 4 hours while our children were held
in a "play room" until we said yes and we were talked into 3000 points
per year by promises of weekend trips whenever we wanted.  They
required $1200.00 down and with remaining balance of $7,24900 to
finance not including the annual maintenance fees of approximately
$600 per year. Afterwards they scheduled an ownership orientation in
January 2014 to learn how to use the program and all they did was
pressure for additional sales.  We attempted to use the resort
schedule and was successful once for a two day trip and that's it.
Every time we tried to schedule another we are continually told we
don't have enough points and to buy more.  we have called to try
other associated hotel programs but was told we have to spend more to
include buying more points to include paying the resort cash.
Everytime we call to schedule we are told nothing is available in our
point schedule and to try booking 11/12 months away. We are tired of
paying for a loan plus paying for yearly maintenance fees for a resort
we cant even use.  Last contact was after BBB complaint was filed and was told by BlueGreen if we prepay the next maintenance fees we could borrow future points to schedule a vacation. Was told we had an opportunity to cancel within 10 days of purchase but that is not realistic because they promise to show you how to use it when they schedule owner orientation which is normally 2 months away (which is longer than 10 days) so we were mislead even there.  We have attempted to use the program but unable to book with anything they promised.  We were advised if unhappy to contact "their Pinnacle sales" site and post there to which they just put on website for a fee and IF you sell it for any amount minimum fee is as least $2000.00.  We were desperate enough we had it posted there and another site just to get rid of this waste.  We want a Refund of our deposit ($1200.00) and $3800.00 payoff so they can have their timeshare deed back.

To Date (04JUL2015) They refuse to work with us in settling this issue.

Consumer's Desired Resolution:
We had to take out another loan just to pay off the high interest financing of Bluegreen's charges.We are requesting IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of contract with partial refund ($5000.00) to pay off loan debt.  Deletion of all information pertaining to transactions for Credit purposes.  We have paid for this mistake enough.
