The person's name is Jerry Coyle (this is also an actors name) and someone named Rachel called using the phone number 626-538-5614 and fax number 626-443-2601; using the same address in someone else complaint: 713 W. Duarte Suite #G914, Arcadia, Ca. 91007.  This is a credit card scam using the Credit One Banks name saying the person owed a certain amount of money and that the bank is willing to settle after trying to contact them by mail with no success.  They will send a very official looking letter and fake letterhead with information looking like it came from a credit collection agency.  Clue: they don't claim to be one nor attorneys although they give a case number and try to say this will go to court.

    Received a call from an unknown number, answered anyway, and it was,,,,, Tony Bernard with Elite Investigations. He stated that there is a charge against me, he could not elaborate. He gave me two numbers to call. 626-344-8094 and 818-539-7412, and speak with either himself or a Jennifer Green. I asked him what State is he calling from and he said my State. But.......the numbers are both from southern California!!! I informed him that I too was an investigator and would begin my inquiry of his company and his identity, which does not exist, (except for a company in New York and they know of no Tony Bernard). His tone became more combative so I informed him to submit an official letter to me and I would respond. I ended the call and now want to warn everyone. THIS IS A SCAM so be careful.....

    Jennifer green called my husband  from 626-219-2774  looking for me ,claiming I had a case filed against me for renasant bank, didn't give me a date, but had my social and address and etc. She even pretended to be on the phone with renasant to get payments set up, she wanted my bank info to set up payments to take care of an overdrawn account.  She set up payment arrangements and said it was approved by the bank, but called me the next day, demanding a payment now, and i asked her, did you forget we already set up an arrangement, this pissed her off. It seemed suspicious because I asked for paperwork and she got upset, so I called the bank, come to find out I owe nothing, I'm not about to be garnished and they never talked to her to make arrangements, so after I found this out, I called her back and a dude answered and proceeded to tell me the bank was lying, I asked where his proof was, send me evidence, he told me to shut up and hung up, people beware, they are getting worse and if u are not one to check behind things, you will get scammed, 697.00 was the total she was after, and I knew I had closed that account, years ago.
