Bank of America continuing to ignore servicing guidelines in handliloaningers modifications.

In October of 2011, I was sent notification by B of A telling me that I was eligible to apply for a loan modification. At that time, NCCI was servicing loans for B of A. I followed protocol and requested a loan modification packet from NCCI, completed the packet per the checklist, and notified NCCI that my packet was completed. NCCI sent a representative to my house to review my packet to make sure requested documents were completed, then took my packet and forwarded it directly to NCCI. Two days latter I received a call from a NCCI rep asking for an additional document that was not on the checklist, but that was required. I immediately faxes the document to NCCI, called to make sure they received it, (NCCI rep confirmed they had), then was told they had forwarded my packet to B of A. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from B of A requesting more documents. I sent those documents, and confirmed B of A had received them. A few weeks later, B of A notified that I had been assigned an Account Manager. After that things went progressively downhill. Over the next seven months my Account Manager repeatedly requested the same documents over and over. I estimate I have sent in eight bankstatements, numerous payroll check stubs, four copies of my Social Security Disability award letter along with copies of my checks. The list goes on and on. When I inquired why was I being asked for so many of the same documents over and over, I was sent a letter from my Account Manager that I had been turned down for the loan modification because, "I was not engaged in the process because I had refused to send in requested documents." Nothing could be further from the truth. I was just asking where the documents that I had sent were going. Apparently my Account Manager was angry that I was asking for accountability. Last week I received a letter from a foreclosure attorney that my house was scheduled for auction on August 7, 2012. I had not been approached by anyone at B of A to explain why I was not qualified for a loan modification, or explaining any other alternatives to foreclosure. This is so wrong, and violates numerous servicing guidelines stipulated by FHA. I have contacted FHA and HUD for help with this situation but am waiting on a response from them. I am afraid my house will be foreclosed on before I receive any explanations. This is so wrong.
