Recently my company Owens & Minor gave me a voucher for steel toed shoes from Red Wing Shoes I was told there is a thirty day guarantee on fitness and satisfaction I tried to exchange the pair I have for another pair only a half size larger. I was told I could exchange them only if they were defective. My toes are black and blue from the crushing effect on the front of my feet. The Norwalk rep told me that wasn't a defect. I am disappointed in the fact that one the store didn't have the shoe to exchange and two the rep wasn't receptive to an even exchange. I hope my company doesn't do business with Red Wing next year. I will do everything I can to see that we go with Catterpillar or someone similar.
