SOAP SCUMS REMAIN ON DARK WASH
Complaint
MRS HILL
Country: United States
Maytag washer
Model: MVWX600XWO
Serial C05330207
Using HE liquid soap/fabric softener and checked by service tech.
(Caps lock so I can see. Not yelling)
I am a very unhappy Maytag customer every time I do laundry. Black wash always come out like a polka dots with all the white soap scums on it. If anyone even considering of buying a Maytag Energy Saver washing machine, better think twice unless you want to do it over another wash, and still have to hand scrub them.
The last service call the tech did not find out what was wrong. He advised using 2 cups of vinegar to clean it. Which is a joke after sitting home all day waiting for them. It did not work. I'm tired making the call and waiting to be home for the service which did not fix anything. Just wasting my time. In the mean time after each dark wash, I have to hand scrub the white powder off the black pants with water and put it back in the washer to rinse and spin. Sometimes the spin still leave the pants wet, and I have to rerun it. It's not an Energy Saver after all. Do not waste monies on it.
As far as I am concerned this machine is a waste of monies and defeat the purpose of Energy Saver. Did not save me any energy. I ended up using more water/power and manual labour.
All I want is a machine does what it supposed to do for the monies I paid. Calling for service repair is a joke and wait and wait until they come to fix nothing, and I still have the same problems everytime I'm home to do laundry.
