abusive customer service

for the most part, i am greeted with smiles and encounter nothing but great service at the lacey, wa location of la fintess center.  
yesterday, during a basketball game, i injured my ankle and hobbled over to the front desk for some ice packs.  i was in some pretty bad pain and wanted to avoid the swelling and needed to start icing it quickly.  to my surprise, the service desk person, gina, asked me over and over if i was "kidding" or "faking it".  when she realized that i was really hurt, she brought the ice packs, and followed it up with a very annoyed tone and attitude.  she seemed upset for having to fill out a report, and took down my information while being outwardly upset.
i understand that these people do not make a lot of money doing what they do, and are very young in most cases, but this is no way to treat an injured, paying customer.  please make this right.
