When I called to get an RMA# - the customer service guy was very polite & then sent me a confirmation via email for returning the UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENT & THE CHARGE TO MY CC.

They make it so easy to sign up for the FREE TRIAL - at this time I even want to return the FREE TRIAL because it is a SCAM.

Most health product "free trials" are scams to get your account number and charge you for repeated shipments.  You better watch that they don't charge you again, or fail to refund this charge.

You may need to contact your bank to report their charges as unauthorized and fraudulent and close the account to prevent additional charges.

    Deputing Charge reasons:

I first disputed these charges in a timely manner through the
National Bank of South Carolina (NBSC) on June 4, 2009.

I Alan Darr am disputing the following charges as unfounded.
    5/30/09, $88.97 Ivorybriteswhitening ($79.98 + $8.99 additional S/H)

    1) I did not inquire into these companies. Their pop-ups appeared
as a parasite pop-up interrupting my personal internet usage.
These companies solicited me for a "Risk Free Trial", stated as
"pay only shipping and handling charges at $4.99".
    (See attached sheet)

    2) "Risk Free Trial" implies no risk to the consumer, therefore I gave
my debit card information with the intent of only a one/time
authorized charge to my account. (See attached sheet)

    3) These companies sent the trial product. The package does not
give any instructions to cancel within 15 days. Without my
knowledge these companies violated my personal information
with several unauthorized debits, I have not receive any additional
products for the additional charges $79.98 &
    additional S/H charges of $8.99.

    4) Their actions forced me to cancel the card, and have another
one issued to eliminate any further unauthorized debits.

    5) These companies hide additional charges in the fine print.
I have always understood "fine print" as the area companies
use for medical and legal disclaimers, NOT hidden charges!

Proposed Resolution: I will attempt to resolve this issue by offering
to return the products, which are still unopened, without any cost
    to IvoryBrites.

Since the initial dispute I have discovered a web site to post the
numerous similar complaints about this fradulant company. Also
disproving their suggestion of an obvious over sight on my part.
Please see attached IvoryBrites Complaints pages.
