Telemarketer Won't Stop Calling My Work Number!

I'm being harassed by a telemarketer for Skillsets Online. He won't stop calling me even after I've explicitly stated my organization cannot use their services. This harassment has been going on for months. I don't know how to block this person from calling me. The calls come from 231.930.4454.

    If you can document (or better yet--RECORD) those calls you can sue them.  And WIN!  One of my friends was getting repeated calls at her job & at home throughout the day from a debt collector.  She repeatedly told them to stop calling to no avail.  She bought this phone recorder device from Radio Shack (kinda like an answering machine except it will also record the conversation taking place).  She recorded a few days' activities, consulted an attorney, & she sued them.  Was awarded $7,000 & the individual at the collection agency who was the one that made all the calls (and was ruthless in his conversations) lost his job.  Hope this advice was helpful.
