This complaint is false. Click this link to the BBB and you will see that Fidelity Automotive Solutions is a B+ accredited member of the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a policy from Fidelity Automotive Solutions 5 months ago and last week I had a $3000+ engine repair and THEY COVERED EVERY PENNY! I checked, and they do in fact have a high rating and are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau.
This is the best warranty company I've dealt with in my experience. I am a very satisfied customer.

I checked online and called and this company is not accredited with the BBB, they dont have a B+ rating, they refuse to turn over any information to the BBB, they have a ton of ripoff reports. BEWARE!!!!

Ripoff Report is not a credible source if you were a literate human being. I have purchased 2 policies for both of my vehicles and I have only used one so far for an air conditioning compressor that was $2236.00 and the policy was only $2850. I still have 4 years of coverage on that exact vehicle and have gotten a very good claim out of it. Their policies are recognized nationwide and are honored at any Licensed Repair Facility. I hope this info is useful to some

I shopped and researched for a long time before I bought my vehicle extended service plan. I bought from Fidelity Automotive Solutions. The person I spoke to was honest and upfront and showed me everything without pressuring me. I also like that Fidelity Automotive Solutions accredited by the Vehicle Protection Association which proves that they are trustworthy no matter what the easily influenced BBB ratings may say. The Better Business Bureau is NOT a goverment agency nor is it the final word on any business. I did my own homework and any smart, informed consumer should do the same. Buying from Fidelity Automotive Solutions was a great choice and I recommend them to everyone.

Currently they have a C grade with BBB.. I have a claim they will not cover due to "Pre Existing Issues" My dealship has acknowledged the fact that they were not "Pre Existing" And speaking with Fidelity they say my dealership told them that is was that is why they will not cover. My dealership has tried to contact them regarding their claims of what they told them with no response. Nor will they allow me to speak with a Manager or Supervisor. I have left numerours messages with "DAVE" (suppposed supervisor)but he is always on another call when I am trying to reach him. He also does not return a call. HMMMMMM>>>> Sounds fishey to me. I canceled my policy because it is only 40 days old but apparently it will take them 6 weeks to return a prorated portion of my money. I have already paid them for NOTHING!! I have had warrantys in the past and have NEVER had an issue with a repair. They are a total RIP OFF and I will be reporting them to a higher authority and do everything in my power to let everyone know what a SCAM they really are and how their customer service reps. are so incompentant to actually interpret your policy. My bank is already involved and hopefully I can recieve the coverage by an actual reputable company that honors their contracts to get my car fixed. Total BS to a family on a tight budget...

I am a business owner who has a policy from them.  They are not Accredited with the BBB.  That is why they most likely have a C rating.  I choose not to be accredited by the BBB as well.  The reason is the BBB is a total scam.  you have to pay to be accredited and when you do your rating goes up.

20/20 did a news cast on the BBB in November 2010 on the BBB being a scam.  Dinsney had an F rating along with the 5 star hotel The Ritz Carlton.  BUT you know who had an A rating  , a white suprmisist group that was created to see what their rating would be.  Here are a few links on the BBB that you should look at! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0w6Oick8x48

Although I no longer work for this company, I will say that we sold policys for the ADMINISTRATORS,we offered policys that were avaliable according to milaege and vehicle type. Anyone who was in that office working as a representative was always monitored to make sure that the client was not misinformed about the product they were buying. The company does not deny claims the Administrator of your policy is the one who makes the final decision. In defense of David Cooper he advocates on the behalf of the consumer with the administrators.

They are also accredited by the VPA, 5  " A " rated administrators. Dont wait for youer car to break down to buy a policy and you will not have a problem with any administrator.

I opened my policy with this company on Friday, June 17, 2011 and cancelled it on Monday, June 20tha after consulting a few people. I immediately called and provided them with all the requested documents for cancellation and they stated that my refund will be procesed quickly considering it did not hit a complete cycle. Needless to say, it is now August 5th and I have still yet to receive my refund. I have placed numerous calls to the company with unanswered calls and messages. I even had my firsr monthly installment debited from my account on July 18. I have spoken to both managers, Johnny and Andrea on numerous occassions with "text book" or "tele prompt" replies of false reassurance. I will be filing a formal complaint with this company and strongly advise others to stay clear. Seriously!!

Thanks for all these remarks. They do help people like me on tight budget looking for some sort of extended warranty. If some of you know any good extended warranty companies of repute and who do not charge too much, pleaase post them on this site. The BBB should not be a yardstick, but there must be some norm as a company placed certain amount in reserve funds and whether they refund cancellations quickly and timely and they return the calls and pay ofr repairs or duck behind endless clauses. Thanks-Raaa

That is strange!!!! The consumer is more confused as to who they should trust. Thanks-Ra

Think you told on your self when you said you have your car fixed under other warranty so you did have pre-existing issues and you will never get another warranty for you car. alot of people get upset when their claim get denied when it was them trying to scam the company in the first place by trying to get the warranty service in order to fix a problem that was already there hoping they wouldn't find out guess YOUR SCAM didn't work.

After taking hear say you made a decission its sad that your refund is behind but I know this company and by the way they just sell the policy they are not the insurers/administrators so hope your informant gave you that info. The policies are the best if you are honest about the condition of your car and is not trying to pull on over on them. Sadly most of you out there are just looking to get over on these company and you want your car fix for free. I hope your car doesn't fall apart while you are not covered.

I saw several people vouche for the company. As far as refund every company has a time frame for refund or a procedure to ensure complete refund and cancellation. I know they require the client to request in writing then return hand and other documents needed to cancel and warranty card and most people stop at the request in writting and then complain that its been weeks. while they are not following the steps. My friend cancelled his policy because he was selling his car and three weeks went by and he realize he hadn't send any of the info needed so he could be mad he only send the request once he got the request he had to wait for it to process and get sent to cancellation department. If he had read the hand book he would have sent everything one time and had is refund in two weeks max.

lolu, you sound like you work for the company. They rip people off plain and simple. they are the same scam carchex review is. If you see at the bottom of the site carchex purchased the company on 9/1/2011 so the same scam carchex runs is the same for automotive solutions.
