I was charged $29.95 on my checking account without any sort of agreement.

I was charged last month and this month i don't recall telling them i wanted their service I don;'t even know what it is. I have tried to call this number but they told me they didn't see me on their list and then the next month i was charged 29.95 . I want them to reinburst me. how do i go about that?

They are a "discount membership" cramming scam.
Some merchant you may have provided your account number to passed it to them based on deceptive or obscured terms, supposedly for some worthless "discount program", and these scams will often try to delay your attempts at cancellation or refunding to attempt to run out the 60 day bank dispute window. That is why you MUST dispute through your bank!
Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E, within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.
