They also posted the ad for the Ranger in craigslists for Atlanta, Nashville, Winston-Salem (calling it a "Worck Track"), Houston, Raleigh, Tulsa, Knoxville... even in cities outside the south (Milwaukee, Spokane, Sacramento). And maria05viviana@gmail.com also posted ads for a camper.
If they refuse to meet you (claiming to be moving to another city, or to a military base), or they want you to buy gift cards to pay them (mentioning eBay or Amazon "buyer protection/insurance" which is actually fake), they are scammers. Never pay for any vehicle you cannot see in person.
