Calling for Someone Not Living Here

Hi,

Wiggins Adjustments has been calling my home for many weeks about some "long overdue parking ticket of Diamond Parking" which I had never received. Calling to Wiggins Adjustment always leads to answering machine. It seems that the office is always empty.
