My husband and I went to have a birthday lunch alone. The service was great, the speed of the food was adequate. I order a new special the steak with lobster surf n turf. I had a new York strip steak, and it was a large size. I was almost to the end of my steak when I noticed a long hair coming out from under the dressing that was on the steak. I immediately lost my appetite. I can't believe I ate about 85% of my meal and then I saw it. I was lived. We waited to go have a lunch because my birthday was on the 21st and I told my husband that's where I want to go. For that to happen we were very unhappy. The manager was nice enough to comp the meal. I told her hair nets need to be worn at all times. She said they always do. I said well someone fell thru the cracks. I probably will not visit that Red Lobster again.
