Misleading bad service selling overbooked flights NO REFUND

Hello All,
Whatever you do NEVER EVER use hotwire to book flights nor anything else.
You have no re-course if something goes wrong. Hotwire will not support its customers, they mispell names frequently and the airlines Delta will not help yo in any way shape or form if they know you booked through HOTWIRE.
If you miss a flight due to a bad connection Delta will tell you to contact Hotwire. Hotwire will tell you that it isn't their problem and to contact Delta.
Use travelocity or orbitz as they stand behind their customers.

Hotwire has over 1000 complaints against them at teh BBB...better business bureau.
