received ipod very promptly, but unfortunately charger plug fell apart after 3 days. took me that lenght of time to figure out how to work this product as instructions were in  the  miniscule booklet and very very basic. ok cheap product but have had no reply to emails asking where i can buy replacement charger with uk plug, am not even asking for a replacement , just what sort of charger to buy as i dont know the specs. would never use this company again as their after service is rubbish,they acknowledge your email but thats it , very frustating, cant use the natpc moo9s as i cant charge it, any help would be appreciated.

    1st how did you pay for it (credit card /paypal ) if so make a claim as faulty goods.
    2nd what make/model is it.
    3rd On the charger plug there should be numbers for voltage & amps ie ( input 240v/5va output 5v/3a) which tells the charger needed, you also need the same size socket that plugs into the device.

    I also fell for the bull posted by Ebellking, my pad failed after 2 months, just out of Paypals 45 day time limit, they will not answer emails, they do not honour there warranty, they are a bunch of charlatans, I wish I had read more on line posts before i purchased the piece of crap!

    I have problems with the tablet i bought ,The first tablet blue the main fuses in the house when i connected it up ,The replacement they sent worked for a month then i couldnt accesses my wifi ,keeps saying disconnected,

    Ive tried to phone them sent them emails but havent had any replies so im contacting Trading standards, and Waatch dog,

    A load of CRAP !!!!!!!!!  DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE,!!

    I have recently bought a tablet from ebellking.com, and are now wishing i had done more online research.
    I ordered on the 9th (a bank holiday) and it is now the 16th. i have emailed them for a tracking number, but they kind of side stepped the question saying it will be delivered soon, and that it has been dispatched from their uk office...

    What is my tracking number for my delivery? order number #455165****

    i ordered a Tablet from them - it was delivered 3 weeks later but the unit couldn't charge at all (it also looked like the one they had given me first belonged to someone else [had a few documents bearing someone else's name}) promptly returned the unit and have waited 3 months. i spoke to the post office in my home town and they assured me the package arrived at its destination 2 and a half months ago. the complaints department for ebellking has subsequently stopped replying to my mails since i notified them of this.
    DO NOT BUY FROM EBELLKING!

    I bought 7 android superpads 10.1 flytouch for my 7 grandchildren for Xmas. 6 worked one didn't. As I bought a month before Xmas I checked they looked ok but didn't charge up til they opened on Xmas day.one did not work at all.one very disappointed little boy! Contacted bellking took so long to reply,then said we had to send back & pay postage to have mended and pay return costs,as we had longer than 7 days! Explained were for Xmas, and still said had to pay .sent loads of e- mails ,no reply.pay pal say too late for them to help,but because of delay in opening and delay from bellking could see I'm getting nowhere if I paid for postage would be more than item cost,plus why should you have to have it mended and not a new replacement.i also had to buy a replacement  for grandson in England.will never buy from china again! I spent a lot of money with this company,and have asked for my £108 back,begging them please reply or send my money.they just ignore you. I also wish read reports before,but all their customer comments were brilliant! Obviously not genuine.wish I knew how to get my money but please NEVER BUY FROM BELLKING!
