Calling my number for WRONG PERSON!

Verizon wireless keeps calling MY cell phone looking for a "MARCUS SANCHEZ" after I get thru the recorded part of the call in order to get a "LIVE PERSON" I tell the "LIVE VERIZON ASSOCIATE" that I am NOT Marcus Sanchez - I DO NOT KNOW ANY Marcus Sanchez - I HAVE NEVER KNOWN ANY MARCUS SANCHEZ - and to PLEASE update their records and STOP CALLING ME!  Well, I have done this at least MORE THAN A DOZEN times - each time LIVE VERIZON person telling me they will CORRECTLY UPDATE their records and lo and behold a day or 2 later they CALL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANY SUGGESTIONS WHAT TO DO?

    Demand a supervisor and tell them that you will be reporting them to the fcc and ftc and the bbb. It's a fcc $5,000 fine every time they harass us like this. I just got off the phone my self doing the same thing.
