Installation not done even after a month of purchase

I bought a water purifier from eureka forbes a month ago, ( dr. Aquaguard magnum). From the day of purchase I am getting pathetic service from the employees of eureka forbes. I am not getting any proper response from any of them, it's been more than a month still installation not done, till now made more than 100 phone calls to eureka Forbes customer care, dealer sales executive and an office located in udupi, but nobody is giving proper answer.
Please anybody can tell me can I approach consumer court for this?? If so how can I approach them because I don't have any proof against them other than call list(I don't think this will help me)

Please suggest me how can I get this work done??
