Rs 99 charged without my consent for VAS - Airtel Value Pack

"I am an airtel customer bearing the number 9560875079. On 13th Aug 2013 at 17:51, I received a message from airtel saying "thanks for downloading value pack from airtel. You have been charged rs. 99."
However, I never authorized any such download. Also, a few days earlier the same thing happened and after my complaint, it was refunded. This is simply outrageous and pathetic as this has happened again in just a few days time.
I sincerely request airtel to first refund my amount of Rs 99 as soon as possible. I also request Airtel to look into this matter of repeatedly charging for the same kind of unrendered service and that too when a complaint was already made just a few days back. Hope this will not happen again. "

I have also called up airtel customer care but says it can't be helped and to my surprise, i am being blamed for browsing certain sites. As per TRAI guidelines, any value added services (VAS) cannot be activated automatically without the customer or the user's consent.

Also, I have even emailed 121@airtelindia.com but says "email cant be delivered".

KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT.
