Damage bag

Dear Turkish airline team

I really chocked from ur service!!! What happened with me not acceptable at all from a big airline like yours

I m really disappointed and need to solve my problem ASAP

I was traveling from CDG to Istanbul and upon arrival I found my samsonite bag in total damage however it's brand new one only 02 weeks from Paris with 650 Euro  I went to the lost and found office to make a claim they was very tuff and when I asked for new bag the offers me small bag and not samsonite
And when I asked for samsonite bag like mine they told me that We cannot offer you a samsonite bag as it's very expensive and I have to send an email to Turkish airline insurance campagny to settled by money and the will give me full settlement .
I sent the email to then and the replay to me after 5 days however my flight from Paris to Istanbul was on 25 Jan and finally I got the answer today that my compensation is ready but I was choked that the offerd me 280 USD and I buy my bag with 650!euro !!!!
That's what I don't understand you guys are you kidding or what ???? How u broke my new bag and u give me a compensation that can't bring me a small samsonite bag
Is this the way you deal with the passenger??? Or what !!
So Kindly l need to finalize my case with full settlement ASAP as this is not acceptable
