on my first claim to warranty solutions was in oct 08 it was regarding an air conditioner complaint in my discovery land rover . took them 4 day to make a decision run diagnostic test which were not paid for by them and they wanted to see actual parts sent to them to see damage . them they paid 750 out of the 1400 dollars land rover would not service the car if i was to use them again . 2nd time i place a claim may 09 using a smaller repair shop problem was abs light was on computer detected abs speed sensor problem, and needed replacing also brake fluid leaking form hydraulic pump . again they needed a full diagnostic not paid for. and pressure test . and then they would send an inspector to look at the problem. they would not approve the work . inspector said abs speed sensor was changes with in a few day accusing the machanic foul play . and not enough evidence on oil leak, yet there was oil sprayed on inner area where brake were . I had phoned to warranty solution and spoke to the claims dept wayne answered complete idiot , he was crude abrupt and childish on the phone , asked his title not not tell me later to find out hes the ceo. told me the inspector looked at te complaints and test drove the car around the block . later to find out he never left the small repair station dur to liablity reasons . never ask the service tech to put the car on the hoist how would they do a proper inspection . they then send me a report that looked as if thety did it on thier pc email had to go to dealer service ctr to have a second opninon. they are a bad company to deal with stay far away from these criminals . i have no choice but to sue them and complain to every web site and state official .
