A week to get some one to reinstall my Dish

Five calls No help and a week to get some one to come out and fix there bad install.
Because of the way they installed my dish snow would blow off my roof and build up on my dish and block my signal. It cost me $50.00 to get some one out to clean the snow off the Dish. If they would have elevated the dish 12 inch off the roof I would have almost no problems.

PS No signal for 2 Days and the snow was not melting anytime fast 18+ degrees outside
