Very UPSET, Not Professional, Dont wont to pay my claim

You can not speck to a manager, just have to take what they sy and keep calling and giving the same information over and over this time March 5 spoke with a agent who couldnt find my claim says this all she sees, I had a claim several months ago which they did pay directly to car rental, but in January i had to file another claim for January sent in all information....Very Upset
