RUST all over front fridge doors

Purchased a SS fridge from Lowe's on August 12 and now only 5 weeks later RUST all over front fridge doors. Contacted Whirlpool this morning and a tech will be out in 2 days to assess the complaint! I want a new fridge ASAP! If they even try sending me rust remover after spending $2000 on this fridge, I'll go ballistic on them and Lowe's!
