NON DELIVERY OF DOCUMENT

Dear Madam/sir
This is to bring your kind notice that Dubai customers service, and delivery service I found is worst than any other country,
On wed I received a call at 11.58 am while I was driving my Driving institute car, we are not allowed to pick the phone while driving, afterwords I park the car and called up many time to the no 04-2527711 no one pick the call it was kept on answering machine.
In the afternoon I informed one of branch manager Mr. Dharmendra from Diera and also on 24/03/2016 in the morning, Dharmenra advise me to Collect personally from bur Dubai office by 7.00 pm in the evening, when I called up many time to bur dubai office till late night around 8.20 pm card has been not delivered,
Today Sat 9.30 am morning when called up, they informing me it will deliver today to Bur Dubai office,
If it is not possible to deliver my Document today to my Office before 1.00 pm, Than I dont require the consignment. you can return back the document.
