Be very careful when purchasing furniture at Macy's! 22 months ago I spent over 7000.00 on a sectional and recliner for my TV room. Last week the recliner stopped working. It is now stuck in the recline position. My husband and I are both small business owners with no children in the house, therefore, the chair has does not get hardly any use at all. Turns out the chair has a three year warranty, but only on the frame. The power part of the chair is one year. The brand is Chateau d'AX...
I am getting ready to buy furniture for our weekend home. Had it picked out from Macy's...But I will never buy furniture from them again.
