Unsolicited, Continuing, Phonecalls even after warning them to take my name off their list!

Received ANOTHER call.  I've told these "people" hundreds of time to remove my name/number from their calling list!  I am on the Do NOT Call Listing! Yet they continue to Harass me!  Today I "Pressed 1, to speak to a representative" AGAIN!  When I asked "IS THIS CALL BEING RECORDED, THEY IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP"!  I'm sure they'll be calling back again probably tomorrow, at the latest!
