I received my credit card statement today and do not recognise a charge for £29.99. The payment is dated 4 February 2017. Please advise

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
