unauthorized debits.
Complaint
lady in Portland
Country: United States
I ordered a trial. I cancelled the order. They debited 74.98 out of my bank account that I was not expecting overdrafting my account. When I called to complain, they said that I could send the product bank with a routing number. I dont even have product! My bank instucted me to get the OD fees from Lumiday since they are responsible for the unauthorized debit. When I called them, I got a very testy
rep on the phone telling me that it wasn't the companys policy. I asked for the customer service or accounting dept and she gave me an EMAIL of customer service. This is unacceptable. I reported Luminday to the Better Business Bureau and I will call my attorney to see what we can do in small claims court. This is a scam and should be stopped. This company is not approved by the FDA and should not be advertising as if they are.

Don't be fooled. Once so-called businesses like this get your credit card credentials, it's very difficult to get recourse.
Depression is a complex psychological condition for which there is no "cure," despite million$ spent in genuine research since the 19th century. Try to find medical assistance, even though you might not feel like it.
America deserves better medicine. Laws must be passed by Congress to protect ill consumers from fraudulent perpetrators.
