Very very poor buisness practices

I ordered phen375 and was very excited about trying it- of corse they had my money deducted within 2hrs of order- I only had to wait2 buisness days- what I got was NOT what they advertised- didnt have all or the correct amounts of the advertised ingrediants  on the label- I called the company immediatly - they told me they had to see what upper management wanted to do, and this would take about 24-48 hrs-- after sleeping on it I woke up very angry- called them back and said that was unexceptable and all I wanted was the product they were advertising and I also reminded them that in the USA false advertisment is against the law!-
They apoligized and acknowledged it was their mistake and if I sent the wrong product back and confirmed with a tracking number they would send me the right product with a tracking# for me- well I held up my end of the agreement but unfortunatly the tracking # they provided to me for my new product 2 days ago isnt registering with the USPS they say the company electronically informed them but the package is not there yet- also recieved a vague email stating there was going to be a $45 restocking fee!! - I called them and stated that better not happen-because this issue was completely their fault - now this company has my money and has not delivered my product- all I want is the product that they have advertised on the offical site THE PRODUCT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!! And then I will never ever deal with this company again-- even if the product works
