Bill was paid, still receive statements

I received 1 christmas from the heart book and paid off the 36.03 in 2 installments. The bank shows the checks cleared yet I keep receiving past due bills. Account # 10015746596 has been paid. The bill says 4 books, I only received 1, always have only received 1 book. The error is on your end. I have written multiple times and yet the statements continue. I would like it to stop, and please remove me from all mailing lists as I no longer desire to get any products from your company.
