Failed to make reservation

I'll never use Expedia again.  We needed to rent a mini-van for our family vacation.  They reserved one with Enterprise for $660 for the 10 days.  I called Enterprise a week before I was to pick up the van and they didn't have a reservation in my name.  I had to book the mini-van and the price was now $790.  They won't burn me again.  My advice is to use Travelocity.
