When subscribing to a Direct TV "special", I was informed that I would receive the NFL package free for 3 months. I was informed to call and cancel the package after three months if I did not want to be charged. I called within 3 months and cancelled the package.
 About 4 months after that I was charged for the NFL package. Because I auto paid my bill and did not check it for a few months, my mistake, I was bill for 4 months for the NFL package. I called and cancelled my service, another mistake. When I called back several times to reverse the charges, they informed me that they could not do it because I cancelled my account.
 A supervisor informed me, on my third call, that this NFL package was an auto renewal. Wow. This was the first time I heard of that after three calls.
 Direct TV disgusts me because of their deceptive billing practices. Oh by the way, they are going to charge me for ending my contract early. They are pathetic. They have no Complaint Dept either. Every time I hear,  "Number One is customer service", I get sick to my stomach.
