I received a call from not American Victor Green.  Telling me I received a grant that did not need to be paid back from Washington DC for $9.000.  It is because I pay my bills and have not filed bankruptcy.  My number is YK1023
and I can call his supervisor for this is a real grant.  1-305-636-6632.  The person who answers the number says they are the US Treasury Department.  They try to get your information and it is a scam.  DC numbers are not 305 area code.  Be on guard this is a scam!!!!!

    Be aware..
    that since they're calling from overseas using VoIP, they can choose what area code they appear to be calling from.  These scams often do call from "202" just to look like they're calling from "Washington DC".  This guy's just an amateur, "script kiddie" scammer.
