I am very upset about this scam.  I have been trying to get ahold of nubodi for 3 days now at 1-801-208-7485 and the phone is constantly busy. Also they are not open on the weekends. They have no other way to contact them. I did not authorize them to put a charge on my account.  The letter they sent with the product is absolutely absurd.  I have disputed it with my credit card company and had to stop my account.  It has been a total nightmare.

    Since they have arranged to block your attempts to dispute or cancel their charges, make sure you dispute their unauthorized charge as "fraudulent", in writing with your bank.  Close that account and change account numbers, or you may find additional fraudulent charges in the future.

    i would like to let you all know that i found a different number for these people and when i called and told them of the unauthorized withdrawal of money the lady looked up my info and told me she was going to be giving me a refund as soon as i returned the product(which i havent even recieved)(but it was conveniently mailed out to me today!!)the number is 1-801-208-7485 and it was out of Las Vegas but the address she gave me to return the product was different from the original address it was 3651 Lindell Road SteD 144 las vegas. good luck everyone!! hope this helps someone!!!

    I called within the 14 day trial to cancel the order and they still charge my account with 89.98 dollars. Today 2-24-08 find out that they had charged it from my account. I called them again to tell them to stop this once and for all before my card overdraft. I do not like this at all.

    I fell for this scam, they got 89.31 from me today with not re-procussions, I called and asked them if they had 100% customer satisfaction, and the the guy couldnt aswer!, also, the 14 day Trial is NOT a 14 day TRIAL, you MUST cancel 14 days after accepting the "free trial" so in a sence you do not have 14 days to try the product. cut and dried!

    I ORDER THE SAME PRODUCT, NEVER RECIEVED IT. CALL THE 1-801-208-7485 AND HELD FOR OVER 15 MINUTES WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.  THEY CLAIM THE NUMBER TO BE TOLL FREE BUT ITS NOT.  I HAVE CANCELED MY CARD THAT I USED I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MY BANK TO STOP CHARGE IF I CAN. THIS IS CRAZY.

    I NEVER GOT THE PILLS EITHER SO I CANCEL THR MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUT I DID PAY THE 3.95 SHIPPING BUT I NEVER GOT THE PILLS.

    I ORDERED THE """FREE"""" PILLS AND PAID THE 3.95 SHIPPING AND THEN TODAY I WAS CHECKING MY BANK AND FOUND THIS $89.31 CHARGE FROM THOSE FOOLS AND I AM FIT TO BE TIED.  I AM GOING TO TRY TO GET AHOLD OF THESE PEOPLE AND GET MY MONEY BACK.  I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW IT GOES.

    Trial Offer "COLON Cure" 2711 East CRIAG ROAD SUITE K- Customer Service-
    NORTH LAS VEGAS NV 89030. This is an offer made that I pay S/H of $1.50 for a Free Trial sample. According to the (terms agreement)I can call and cancel
    within 15 days of the conformation # given. Otherwise, you will be charged $69.99 each month. Being a trail offer with the opportunity to cancel within 15 days, I went through the process. Upon recieving the colon cure on the 12th of May 2008, from the agreement on the 1st of May 2008,and looking back at my notes stating that shipping would take 4 to 6 days and within 24hrs of this call; gives me about 2 and one half days to call! The now attempt to call...I came up with 1-801-208-7485 from my account statement, from on the shipping package, from my notes taken on the 1st of May, and the same # on the product sent as an unlisted #. As of yet no contact can be made to them at the address listed above. I will now "Goggle Earth" this address and see if there is a sound location for this establishment. I will also cancel my card, so that no one can take out of my account because of given information to a SCAM TYPE organization. It is too bad that some do and make efforts to scam others under a false prentense. The ATTORNEY GENERAL of The United States of America should be made aware of this Very Scam!

    So, how did it go? So far, they have charged me for 3 bottles of pills. I call & am put on hold...this is a long distance phone number...no one comes on that I can talk to. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging me for the pills. I'm still searching for a way to contact them to cancel but so far, no luck...

    I also ordered the "14 day trial" on 8/2.  I received the product on 8/11 and it caused me terrible upset stomach "gas and bloating". I called the company on 8/14 and made sure the auto ship was cancelled and found that the "trial period" begins the day the product is ordered.  OK how dumb is that, if it takes 14 days to reach you from their shipping house then too bad!  So anyway, on the 14th, still within the 14 days from original order and only 3 days on the product, I received a confirmation number of cancellation.  On 8/16, a charge from a different company shows up on my credit card for $89.31, very similar codes to the trial company, so I call on 8/20 and find that they charged me but did not ship the product and will take 14 business days to credit back my card.  So now they are making interest off my money and I am paying interest.. What a scam!! and the product is a farse !!! Yes I haved filed a dispute/complaint with my CC and will file a complaint in the state of Utah!!

    I TRIED THE MELT YOUR FAT AWAY POST WITH KAREN WATSONS AD FROM ENGLEWOOD COLORADO.  I THOUGHT SHE WAS TELLING PEOPLE WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT IT WAS.  I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 89.00 FOR BOTH REV Z AND THIS AMINO ACID CREAM FOR FACE.  I AM LIVID NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE NUMBERS.  I AM GOING TO DISPUTE THESE.  I FINALLY REACHED A PERSON WHO TOLD ME HE COULD REDUCE THE CHARGE TO FIFTY DOLLARS.  I STILL HAVE YET TO SEE THE CANCELLATION OR RETURN CHARGE ON MY CARD.  ANOTHER 17.00 SHOWED UP FOR RUSHING THE ORDER WHICH I DID NOT DO.  I ALSO HAVE BEEN CHARGED ANOTHER 49.99 ALL FAKE PHONE NUMBERS IN WHICH NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE
