I just received a call from a man named Ricky Gordon and he said my husbands loan was approved, but when I called my husband to find out about it he told me he never applied for a loan. This guy had a very thick Indian/Pakistan accent. I called the number 646-527-8399 and told him, me or husband did not apply for a loan and someone else is scamming them.

They are trying to scam you.
The guy is not "Ricky Gordon".
That's just an alias to sound more "American".
It's an "advance fee" loan scam.
If you sound like a sucker, the next step is to play up how many thousands this "loan" will be, then send you off to Walmart to get a prepaid "Green Dot" debit card, to send THEM money for "fees".
If you fall for that, they will try another round, milk you for what they can.
