Airtel 65 Combo Booster Pack

I am doing an easy recharge for my customer. One of the customer was ask me to recharge 65 Combo Booster Pack. And i was check the link (www.Airtel.in) and informed that pack is valid for 30 days that guys also said ok and recharge done. After 15 Days it was expired and when i call customer care to ask the reason he simply said that is only valid for 15 days. But in internet it is was mentioned that 65 combo booster pack is valid for 30 days and i also have the screen shots of that.
