I began to receive Glamour and Weightwatchers magazines.  Neither of which I would read. I called Glamour and was told that the subscription was ordered on June 22, 2017 by Keystone Circulation Services.  The number the representative gave was 1-800-967-3363.  What I can not understand is how either of these companies allowed subscriptions to be ordered under a name other than the person who would eventually have to pay for it.  A complaint should be submitted on them as well.

    You don't have to pay for it..
    You have no obligation to pay for merchandise you did not order.  If you receive a bill for unordered merchandise, or receive calls alleging you "agreed to the subscription", file mail fraud complaints with the US Postal Inspector, and additional fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
