Shawn Russell (202 204-0070) called me and stated I was approved for a $1,500 loan and I needed to go to Western Union Immediately and wire him a $150 and wait there and he would wire me back $1,650.  He gave me his address as 200 Independence Ave. SW Washington, DC 20201 and my reference number was A104.

    Thank god i found this site. Just got of the phone where i told jeff daniels i looked them up and they would have no business from me. He called back 3 times to cuss me out. The number now is 2026979866. BEWARE!!!

    Glad I checked this site while on phone with these scam artists.
    Just got a call from U.S. Fed Grants & Treasury Dept. 202-666-5450. Indian accent guy claims to be Leo Painter. Says I won 8,000 dollars from the Treasury Dept. since I have always paid my taxes and do not have any bankruptcies. Gave me a confirmation # KE932. If I give him my banking info. then I will be transferred to a Marshall Bruce Treasurer to get a call back number & money would be wired into my account from Federal Bank of the New World, a credit union of US Government. Told me he was located at 200 Independence Ave Washington DC. I asked him to send me something in writing or e mail me this info. & he would would give same speech all over again. Hope FBI or somebody catches these scum bags. Not sure how to get this info to FBI or somebody that can catch these guys...
    I hung up and called back and got a phony message that all circuits are busy now and then this number hangs up on its own.
    BEWARE of this scam.

    I have gotten over 50 calls in one day from several of these [***]!!!  No matter how many times you tell them to stop calling they keep calling with different numbers!!!  202-738-1371,916-234-9450,                           310-362-1737, 909-703-2000, It is all people from dam India that keep calling ALL [***] DAY LONG!!!  this is absolutely ridiculous, 50 to 70 times a day!  They leave messages and clog up my voice mail, and will nto take me off any list.  When you ask they get angry and call back more and more!!

    The address they are giving for their company is for the Health and Human Services offices in downtown DC. I don't think the HHS gives out loans... If that's not a scam I don't know what is LOL. I just use Google Voice to flag it as spam and it filters out their new numbers.

    I just received a call from 202-241-4232 and 202-241-3765 stating I won a government loan for $10,000 and need to send them $185 for a one time processing fee. Asked them why they couldnt take it out the money they were sending me. Said alot of people ask this question but as much as they would love they cant causes they need to assure they are sending it to the right person. These people are scammers...BEWARE PEOPLE DONT FALL FOR THEM. They gave me the same address as they gave yall but he said his name was Jordan

    I got a call from a free grant to you company CSO.gov from a Mr.Sam Ross he said it was free money to go back to school, He can not tell me the amount until i send him a western union of $99 dollars because that was the processing fee and shipping fee  the address to send the money to is 200 Independence ave I laughed in his face and he hung up.

    They took $200 dollars from my husband I wish there was a way FBI can get involved for people like this SHaun Russell then I ask wat organization they wanted to hang up...202-657-4787 is a scam number!!!!dont do it!!!

    Omg!!! Just got off the phone with this stupid... pissed me off!! It seem weird.. why wud they b so concerned if i call back or not?!! So i wondered if i look up da # wud i find any info.. An thank God i found this website and lots more!!  It was Something about i was chosen to win $10,000 from da Government for free and no paying back!! An they gave me a confirmation # AR150... and the phone # (202)241-3765!! For sure not calling dem back!! O and and since i never answered their calls they started calling private too so BEWARE!!!
