Profile matches just another "business directory" scam.

Sounds like they conned you 6 months ago, so they are back for more money.

You cancelled, so you don't owe them anything, although with fraudulent telemarketers, they will just make up phony debt claims anyway.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov.

Some of these scams are using a debt collector out of New Jersey to collect their phony "debts".  If you are contacted by a debt collector collecting on fraudulent bills, file fraud complaints against them as well.  Reports are that FTC is starting to collect a thick file on them.

If you get anything in the mail, file mail fraud complaints with the U.S. Postal Inspector.  Postal regulations prohibit sending bills for unordered products through the U.S. Mail

If you feed the sharks, they will keep coming back.  Don't feed the sharks.

Had the same thing happen to us.  Sent a letter certified return receipt to YPS.  Filed a complaint with the BBB in Marlboro, MA and The Commonwealth of Massachusettes, Office of the Attorney General.  The BBB got them to cancel and terminate all service and fees.

Yellow page solution is billing people for services they that they DID NOT request  File a complaint with the Federal Trade Comition ftc.gov  above all DO NOT pay this bill they can't make you pay for something you didn't order.   When the school bully wants your milk money you have to stand up for your self and that's all they are, and you can whip them no problemo

I do my online advertising with Southwestern Bell Yellowpages.com.  About a year ago I was contacted by Yellow Page Solutions about the same time my other advertising was due.  They have a recording of my acceptance of their ad.  I don't even know who they are.  They are asking $510.00 so that I will be able to continue another year.  I certainly don't want another year nor do I want to pay this bill.  I am expecting their collection agency to start making calls possibly as soon as next week.  How do I handle this matter?

I think it's time to fight fire with fire. The internet is full of invoice programs and I think we need to produce a truck load of invoices for whatever you can think of and mail it to there home office and make them figure out which invoices are real and which ones are not.
