This guys name was "eric brown." Once again like other accounts I've heard they told me that I owed for a "payday loan." They said I was going to be served papers and I had to pay $5,487. I cancelled my debit card, and went to the cops and told them if this is true you can arrest me, if not I want to file a complaint. These's guys and girls are very convincing...DO NOT EVEN RETURN THE CALL if they leave a message. If anyone can track land lines or fax numbers there's is 315-849-3117 there phone number is 646-389-3613. If there are any cops or detectives out there PLEASE CATCH THESE PEOPLE!!!

    ent but bec. I was in big doubt i just use a prepaid card on my 1st payment set up.. I was trying to call back many times and find out that they are using Magic Jack you can buy it in walmart around $20's and registered a phone line anywhere in US and use your computer to call people i have one in my country phil. I sent a laptop with magic jack registered in NJ so it would be a local call anytime they my family back in phil. Call me anytime is free so that's why they can keep changing phone nos. Bec it takes less money to invest in so many lines using computer and i believe they have other connections here in US and please lets help one another to resolve this they just had my $100 pending they charge on my prepaid and i called my prepaid co. And they told me the co. Name who debited is D Collect in Cunningham Georgia whoever owns this so called co. Are involved in this SCAM the same person i spoke before name Jeffrey Cage became Justin Brook they are using similar known names of known people in Law Firm please let's track down this in Magic Jack co. Who purchase those nos. They are using now my payment is in pending if this payment i have could track down who's the mastermind of this then it's worth it!!! Please let's help one another i will give more info i would get again thanks!!

    Hey guys!!! I was victimized just few days ago but bec. I don't have time to check in the internet lately bec. Of this threat that you all received i got to the point where to settle this bec. It's not only threatening me but also my friends and landlord so i made a decision so it would stop from calling me but i have in mind to find out if this is real or not so i just make arrangement plan on the amount jeffrey cage told me i owed $850 so i told him i could only give a $100 he wants right away but i told him on monday april 18th i would pay you on this card which i use was a western union prepaid debit card so i load $100 and if this is real or not i know i will find it out at least i will still get info. On this transaction to make the story short...they debited my account and the name of that scam home business is D-Collect please let the FBI know if you have a connection already they are located in Cummingham/cunningham GA they are involved in this bog scam and the tel nos. They are using are majic jacks whoever bought this magic jack and the nos. I will post in this, we might find out whose the owner of this no.s that are threatening people in the magic jack registration info. Here are the latest info. I have please pass it on so we can catch this crazy annoying people...whoever also the owner of this fax no. Maybe we can trace it fax no.(412-202-5657) magic jack no. (646-820-9531) and another no. (609-606-5620) he's using jeffrey cage, justin brooks and shannon johnson a lady same accent voice. Call no. Ending 0000... Hope this info would help to catch this people!!!

    I have been getting hundreds of phone calls from these clowns. Today I finally talked to a Eric Iverson, Before him was Justine Black, They stated I was being sued for non payment on a payday loan back in Nov 2010. I tried to get as much info from this Idiot as I could. They didn't know the amount of the loan or anything. He called me a thief, a criminal and that the police were going to drag me out of my job. He called me a low life and he was going to F___ my mother. And thats when I lost it. THen less than 10 mins ago I got a call from as he put it a local peace officer. And that they were heading over to arrest me. I told him I will be waiting with my 2 Pits and told them that they will be hearing from my attorney. Oh yea and they gave mea bogus address in New York.
    Lets burn them to the ground.

    I just recieved a call from these guys...I told them that I know that it is a scam, I got the police involved, and have a nice day. "Justin Brooks" said ok have a nice day....hilarious!!

    I once started out like this looking for a loan, but ended up been scamed severally until i almost loosed upto $1500 usd.  I was on the verge of giving up when a friend of mine directed me to Mr Larry Morgan, but at the end i was able to get the loan even with a lesser fee and had the loan same day, so i advice you to contact them today for a real loan on eyeonloanmodification@gmail. com you had better be wise in these rather than allowing yourself to be fooled by scams....

    I just want to kick these people in the ass, the jaw and all their parts of their body, I dd call them back one time, asked for papers and yelled them out.  We got in a heated argument and then I told them to come here because I will have my lawyer ready.  The caller is "JOHN SMITH", how obvious is that kind of name, they could of used a better name than that, it is always the same person but with different name and middle eastern accent, please do not give them any money.  I called the FTC and reported it to the police but they won't do anything.  They will just keep on calling.  Most important, do not give them money.

    I also have received a phone call from THE LAW OFFICES and they stated that ihave a payday loan and it is $490.00 but they will settle for $300.00 and the lady said that she was two blocks away with a summons to issue to me and that was at 12:00 now here it is 4:00 and still no summons she called me from an unknown number but I wasnt thinking if she was two blocks away why would she call me from an unknown number and I gave these peoples my debit card number to take the money off on the 31 of may 2011 could someone tell me if this company rings a bell. the number they gave me was 1-888-261-4839

    i just got a call from 646-470-9326 saying i had a payday loan that was never pay, they even spoke to my boss. They stated that they were going to filed papers to court and that they where going to pick me and my boss up.that the fees were close to $5000. but i could pay them $1095. When my boss told them that he was calling his lawyer they hang up. Dont give them any money.They have a middle eastern accent

    YES this is a scam!!!!! My mother called me early Thursday morning telling me " The Law Offices left a voice mail on her phone and said "I'm being served for writing bad checks". My mom gave me the number and a file number, when I called the number it rang and rang until the voice mail picked up telling you to leave your number and file number and someone will get back to you. I left my number and file number they had given my mother...and get this .....the last 6 numbers of the file number was the last 4 of my SS and the last 2 of my year of birth!!! I waited for the call....no one called. Then I get a call from my boyfriend telling me the law offices called him saying I have been writing bad checks and will be served!! By this time I'm posed off, I called the number back again, this time a man answered saying I defaulted on a payday loan, breach of contract and writing bad checks. I told him I rarely write checks and HAVE had a pay day loan. However, I have satisfied all my debts and have the paperwork to prove it!! And he hung up!! During that phone conversation I asked him questions about the law offices and he wouldn't give me a straight answer....law offices of What?? What's your address?? I really knew It was a scam when she kept telling me I was going to be served...I was suppose to be served at 8:00 am and now it's 6pm still no summons!

    Another thing that let me know it was a scam, different people were answering the phone. First a man then a women, the women told me her name was Theresa DUDA...WTH!! DUDA really?? The man who answered didn't even care to give his name! Theresa also gave me her extension when I want to "RESOLVE" my debt. What extension?? The number is a voice mail..u can't enter an extension!! The number is 1-888-261-4839!!!! It is a SCAM you need to contact the police and your  Bank ASAP!!!

    My fiance had got a call from Sam yesterday stating that same thing that's on this board. My fiance starting fussing with ths Sam calling him names. Unfortunately, my finace is having fun with this.

    these idiots left me 3 consecutive voicemails. The first two were from someone named Sean MacNamara regarding a "fax order he received in his office regarding the bad checks I wrote." He told me to contact the "plantiff" at 888-261-4839 with some case number. The third message was from "Allen with the Law Office" saying that i received a phone call from a "private locating service" and I needed to call him at 888-261-4839 extension 602.
    Well these idiots must think I wouldn't notice that "Sean" and "Allen" are the same people. I listened to all voiemeails consecutively, and it is in fact the same EXACT voice! That a hoot! Really people need to find more legitimate ways to earn a living...

    I just received one of those calls but they were calling for my cousin how they got my name and hers makes me so mad. Their number they want my cousin to call back is 606-918-5211 I hope they are found because this is bs this is harassment and I'm cussing them out next time they call but I hope they are found so this can stop cause that's kinda scarey.

    I have received calls from the following numbers 917-210-0179, 980-216-1375, 210-510-6760, 210-51--6780, 917-210-0479, caller ID states different #'s 126-644-3613, 662-969-6598, 254-362-659536, 760-793-38438, 284-675-7388, 011, 973-735-0021  The names given have been John, Bryan, Victor, Andy Clark, Mike Rogers, Sam Barker, Jim Smith 561-899-9595 Companies names have been Pay Day Collections Bureau, Liberty Collection LLC Law Office and they are all from the litigation department.  Now they are sending a subpoena to my address.  Even after I informed them I reported them to Police/Sherriff and all the credit bureaus’. I have been getting calls since 2010 no end in sight calls are now showing up unknown.  When I ask for name of payday Advance Company sometimes they give me a name other times they don't.  When I tell them I have called the payday loan company's and they have no record of any advance they just don't seem to hear or understand. I have also asked for their business license but they won't give you that once you tell them they are fraudulent.

    Ive been getting calls from an "Unknown Number" for a little while now. Just the other day i finally had a VM from them. The name Chris something said he was with(what i made out of it) is CRS, and said he had been given an order this morning to serve me with a summons for some bad checks and if i wanted to resolve this matter to give him a call, but left no call back number. I called my attonery because im about to file bankrupcy( i havent wrote a check in atleast 2 yrs) she stated you do not get summoned over the phone, if anyone calls you it would be someone from the DAs office to top it off the guy was totally in a call center( i could here other reps talking). She told me to ignore it. Well just today i received another phone call from them and it was the same guy leaving me a VM that was a minute long, stating his name, this time a diffrent company, saying that they have my place of employment and will serve me if i dont call back that they are giving me a chance to settle this out of court, he left a call back number which is an 888 number and a case number. I cant wait to give this to my lawyer lol.---- The whole time im thinking, ok if u want to keep this out of court why would you "go to court" and file? Once u have been issued a summons which comes US certified or hand delivered by someone from the DAs office, u cant stop it lol. If u have my place of employment, why arent you calling there? If im not picking up the phone, how come your not showing up with a summons? This HAS to be a SCAM. Ive searched both names of the company he has giving and nothing comes up. I use to work for a payday company, when we files your loan, we filed with the DAs office, and we only did it when we knew 100% where you work so you could be wage garnished. Which the success rate is very small, it takes more effort and money to file against someone than just to write the funds off. Also i havent had my number(which is my cell number) for not even a year yet. But i was scammed by a Payday loan lending company that was online, i didnt authorize the funds and they loaned me money anyone, they never sent me anything, but after alot of effort they took their money back. Im assuming this is where they got my number, its totally legal to by your information from other companys. Also i have called sooooo many internet companies that sell your public information to have my file removed. I found one website, that give my cell phone number, email address and address all for free! Also thanks to google maps there was a picture of my house there so they could see it, along with my car in the drive way that SHOWS my LC Plate number, how scary is that? But they removed it. To check to see if you are on these sites, just goole your name and city and state, like John Will Doe, Treetop MN, if ur listed on their ppl can find and harrass the hell out of...These are just some small tips to keep everyone safe.

    I am receiving Calls from the called LLC Law office. They are living me treats if I dont pay a payday loan FBI will be at my Door. I have no Idea what the hell are those non English speaking with East Indian accent that they all sound the same. When I asked to send  me all needed information in writing they said I have to pay first and I will receive confirmation number by mail. that is the only way they contact you, the payment have to be by card and to fax the card number, an a letter signed.

    I was almost scamed by them today, had me crying. I just had a bnaby and they told me if i didnt pay $1,234 today I would get a summuns and have to pay $5,000 tomorrow because I was being sued by Cash Partners of America. There number came up on my cell phone as 0000. They said they could do a OOCR An Out of Code Restitution if I could pay something today and tried to give me a payment plan garnishing money out of my account for $300 every week. Had me terrified. They gave me a fax # 315-849-3117 to fax my i.d. and card info over alonf with a latter saying was allowing them to deduct these funds with a fake case # to provide with it. I only ended up giving them my card info and then found out when I typrd in the number online it was a scam. I hurried up and called my bank to cancel my card and send me another before they charge my account. The bank told me they had 2 other calls today about the same #......bewareeeeee
